Great product; poor service from 4D Concepts Follow-up to Review
The wine rack is great. It was supposed to arrive with 12 small black nuts for assembly. It arrived with 7. When I called 4D Concepts, they said they'd send a package. After several weeks, they sent ONE nut. I called again. This time I never received any though I was once again promised a full package (I only needed 4 at this point..) I went to Home Depot and purchased 4 nuts and spray painted them black. They were a little larger. The fit and look weren't perfect. But I managed to put them in the back row and am hoping for the best. It seems solid enough. I thought I ordered it from Amazon.com but can't find it in my order list, so maybe I ordered directly. I'm sure Amazon would have helped me. The rack itself looks exactly like the picture. The assembly isn't difficult if you really keep the order of parts the way they send them. Don't unpack the shelves and put them around helter-skelter. It'll be easier if you just keep them stacked in order. Every other shelf...

wine rack
This was very difficult/frustrating to put together. Every time you would think one of the shelves was secured and you moved to add another shelf, the first shelf (shelves) would fall off. It took 2 people to finally get this together. Very frustrating~ Looks nice now that it is together and I do like that it holds 20 bottles.
Nice attractive wine rack
This is a small wine rack for 20 bottles. I like the wicker holders for the bottles. It is easy to assemble and looks great in my dining room.
