Yet to receive the item
Purchased this item on Dec 11th but still have not received it. Had to email Wine Stuff twice before I received an answer. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift but obviously have not received it. Original package was sent back due to damage (I was never notified, only after my second email on January 4th), and now the item is not in stock, thus I have to wait until the item can be restocked. Has been a terrible experience and hope this is not indicative of their customer service for future consumers.

Simple but Great
This wine rack works great for me. It is nice looking, sturdy, and was simple to put together. I really liked that I could configure the shape as I wanted it.
If I had need for storing more bottles, I would buy another set and attach it to the one I have.
